We are always on the lookout for software that can deliver lots of bang for no bucks at all. So you can imagine how delighted we were to come across PCWorld’s collection of ten great digital photography downloads, which contain ten of the best free applications for photographers. Of course, it has the usual suspects like Gimp and Picasa, but it also has some surprises like 36-Image Converter, which lets you convert pictures into just about any format, and even into cursors and icons.
