If you are keen on participating in LinkedIn F2F meets, or are interested in taking the lead in organizing one, here are the various ways you can keep yourself informed or contact others automatically:
WIKI: Create a wiki where you mention the details and allow others to sign up automatically. This will save you the bother of managing a list which can be time consuming and cumbersome. Check the wiki which was created for a event in Delhi in February. Alternately, we can add a page here itself on this for your event.
SIGN UP TO YAHOO GROUP: Ask everyone to sign up to the LinkedIn F2F Yahoo group by sending a blank mail to linkedinf2f-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. And then send mails to this group. But this is a moderated group and only event related messages will be allowed to go through. This is probably the easiest way to get the word out. But do ensure mails from this group do not go into the spam folder.
POST ON THIS BLOG: If you have finalised any event, post the details on this blog. To do so, send a mail to ajay@ajayjain.com with the relevant information so these can be posted here. But do allow for some lead time in case Ajay Jain cannot access mails for a few days.
